Winners for July 15th, 2023
What a fast & fun night of racing here at Vado Speedway Park Meet the Drivers Night #1! 
Congratulations to our feature winners & thank you to everyone for coming out and interacting with our stars of the speedway! 
Donavon Flores of Las Cruces, NM, in his Hacienda Carpet & Tile USRA B-Mod, started third and persevered through a caution riddled 20 lap main where he kept the car HOT and it paid off! Jaime Torres took second, and Fito Gallardo got third!
Putting the possum on a gumbush, Dusty Rigg out of Hatch, New Mexico, got another win in his Hulsey Racing INEX Legend! Starting 9th he worked his way through and held on tight! He dedicated this one to his daughter Carly! Right behind him was Sean Salazar in second and in third Jacob Masterson!
Wes Wofford, out of Alamogordo, New Mexico, started first and ended first in his POWRI Jackson Compaction Winged Sprint Car! He drew the #1 pill, and his competitors knew they were in for it! He doesn’t like starting on the poll because there is nowhere to go but win! But hey, look how that worked out for him! He didn’t let dad take it, with Lorne Wofford taking second and Mike Archuleta third!
After Blowing it up a few weeks ago, the #B52 Michael Hartman out of Las Cruces, New Mexico, started 11th in the main and made it to the front getting him the dub after a 6th place finish in his heat race! He knocked Christy Barnett off of her thrown with her taking second and Rusty Bowen third!
His first win here at Vado Speedway Park, the #99c Chase Ortiz out of El Paso, Texas, navigated a yellow flag flying main after starting 12th, managing to keep up in the top spots and navigating the spin out of Mel Romero! In second was Jeffrey Maag Jr, and in third was Mel Romero!
