Weather and Sun Protection (Vado Speedway Park is an open-air stadium, which means you will want to be prepared to face the elements when you attend one of our events. Things like sunscreen, hats, jackets, and rain ponchos may be needed depending on weather forecasts.) *Rain ponchos, blankets and other items are sold at our souvenir trailer.

Noise-Canceling Headphones (Our events can get very loud, and noise-canceling headphones may be desired.) *We also sell them in our souvenir trailer.

Ear Plugs (Ear plugs may be desired as some of our events get very loud.) *We also sell them in our souvenir trailer.

Eye Protection (At times, there may be dust in the air at our events. Eye goggles may be desired.) *We also sell them in our souvenir trailer.

One 24oz or smaller bottle of drinking water (Water, and many other drinks, are sold on site as well)

An empty cooler (Ice and drinks are available for purchase at the concession stand and bars)

Stadium Chair (If you prefer to have some extra padding or support in our stands, a stadium chair is the perfect addition to your experience.)

Camping Chair (Camping Chairs are allowed in the lawn area in turn one and also in sections D and P.)

Blanket (Blankets, which are also sold at our souvenir trailer, are great if the air gets a chill, or to use to sit on for extra padding in the bleachers.)

Umbrella or other sun shade (Vado Speedway Park is located in the desert Southwest, so the sun is often out during our racing season. As long as your umbrella or sun shade doesn’t impact the sight lines of other guests, you are free to bring one.)

Sunscreen (The sun is powerful in the summer months, so being prepared with some type of sun screen might be wise.)

Small dog (must be on leash at all times and owner must clean up after dog if necessary.)

Food (No outside food is permitted into the facility. Food is available for purchase at our concession stands and vendor areas.)

Beverages (No outside beverages are permitted into the facility. Beverages are available for purchase at our concession stands and bars.)

Alcohol (No outside alcohol is permitted into the facility. Beer, wine and alcohol is available for purchase at the bars.)

Drugs (No drugs will be permitted into the facility.)

Firearms (Any/all firearms must be kept in your vehicle in the parking lot and will not be admitted into the facility.)

Large Dogs (a large dog is considered anything that is not able to sit comfortably on its owner’s lap.)

Other Animals (no other animals or pets are allowed on property.)

The Vado Speedway Park has two sections designated as mobility disability areas. Sections D and P area both reserved for those guests with mobility disabilities who require accessible seating because of their disability.

All car classes are required to run mufflers. Ear protection is available for sale.

The possession of firearms, explosives, or weapons on Vado Speedway Park property is prohibited, regardless of whether a federal or state license to possess the same has been issued to the possessor.

Absolutely no outside food or drinks are permitted upon entering.

The pit gate window closes at intermission. Pit tickets are available at the front ticket office.
