King Krunch, Devastator & Others Thrill Vado Speedway Park Fans in Monster Truck Mayhem

The Mayhem Monster Truck Tour invaded the Vado Speedway Park for a high-flying weekend of Monster Truck wheelies, racing and freestyle, accompanied by the Southwest Super Trucks and Quad Wars on both Friday, November 5th and Saturday night, November 6th.

Friday night’s action saw King Krunch win both the wheelie and freestyle competitions, while Devastator won the bracket-style match race portion of the program.

In Super Truck action, Stefnie Smith won the preliminary race and Cliff Evrage came out victorious in a photo finish in the main event.

Quad Wars featured a heat race and a feature race as well with Roger Pizzaro and JoJo Pizarro winning the pair of races on the schedule.

Saturday, Dawson Manicki won the Super Truck heat race and Stefnie Smith came out victorious in the finale, after three and four wide action had the crowd cheering all feature race long.

The Quads were in action for the second night in a row as well with Roger and JoJo Pizarro topping action for the second night in a row.

King Krunch took top honors in the wheelie comp for the second night in a row, while Devastator won the match race on night number two and then after first-of-it’s-king triple freestyle event to wrap up the evening, King Krunch and Devastator were crowned as co-winners to conclude a great weekend of Monster Truck action at the state-of-the-art facility in Southern New Mexico.

The Vado Speedway Park is back in action on Friday and Saturday nights, November 26th & 27th with the running of the 2nd annual Turkey Bowl, which will feature Winged Sprint Cars, Non-Winged Sprint Cars, Legends and the annual Stock Car vs. Super Truck Showdown. Racing action begins at 6:30pm on Friday and at 5:30pm on Saturday.
